Termonn Zoom Account
SCHEDULING AN ONLINE VIDEO MEETING USING OUR ZOOM ACCOUNT
Go to https://zoom.us/meeting, and sign into the Termonn account using our new user name termonnzoom@gmail.com and password (which has not changed). If you don't know that info, ask!

When signing into the Zoom account you will likely need to access a security code. Go to the termonnzoom@gmail account and sign in using the same password as the Zoom account to retrieve the code.
Go to Meetings and check to see that a meeting isn't already scheduled for the time you want.
Click the blue button, "Schedule a New Meeting".
Be sure to put your group or name under Topic so your meeting can be found again.
Be sure "Enable join before host" option is clicked.
You may include your email address under "Alternative Hosts".
Finally, invite your attendees by copying and emailing the meeting link and passcode.

TO JOIN A MEETING
Follow the directions received in email invite. Click link provided or use the meeting ID in the Zoom App. It is really as simple as clicking the link.
It is recommended that you close a meeting once everyone is present. Under the "More" menu, click "Close".
